Accessible Media Producer (AMP): AMAC's highly skilled production team uses cutting edge equipment and software to produce alternative text in formats that meet the needs of a wide variety of students. Our quality control methodology has been developed to ensure that all students get the highest quality files in multiple, accessible formats. AMAC also partners with the AccessText Network to request publisher files for our members in a timely manner.

AMAC specializes in providing braille, electronic text, and audio formats. The AMAC digital library currently contains 25,000 media textbook titles, with hundreds added monthly. The AMAC philosophy of "to produce-once and use-many-times" ensures that over 35%-40% of new orders can be accessed by students in less than 24-48 hours.

Convenient File Delivery: AMAC's files are conveniently delivered to your desktop or directly to your students by way of our easy to use online ordering and fulfillment application and the AMAC Student Center.

Tracking and Reporting: Members have access to an easy to use ordering and tracking system which allows for the collection and collation of current and historic alternative media services and delivery information. Technical Support: Members enjoy access to knowledgeable, award-winning staff through a dedicated toll-free line, online knowledge base, an email ticketing application and a wiki with self-paced video and resource guides. These resources taken together prove invaluable to our members.
